How to Access Billing History and Download Invoices
Managing your financial records is essential for keeping your organization's accounting up to date. The Subscription section in your dashboard provides a direct link to a secure Customer Portal. From there, you can easily view your full payment history and download PDF copies of your past invoices for tax or record-keeping purposes.
Prerequisites
- You must be logged into your Gradum account.
- Ensure you have the necessary permissions to view billing and subscription details for your organization.
Step-by-Step Guide

Navigate to Subscription Settings
From your main Dashboard, look at the sidebar menu on the left side of the screen. Click on the Subscription tab to access your plan details. -
Access the Customer Portal
On the Subscription page, you will see a section titled "Manage Subscription." Locate and click the blue Open Customer Portal button.- Reason: This action redirects you to a secure, dedicated billing page (powered by Stripe) where sensitive payment data is stored.

Locate Billing History
Once the Customer Portal loads, scroll down to the section labeled INVOICE HISTORY (or Rechnungshistorie, depending on your language settings).- Note: This section lists all previous transactions associated with your account.

Download Your Documents
In the history list, you will see the date and amount for each billing cycle. Click the Download icon or the invoice number next to the specific date you need to save the invoice as a PDF file to your computer.
Tips / Outcome
After following these steps, you will have successfully accessed your billing dashboard. If your account is new, this section may state "No invoice history" (or Keine Rechnungshistorie) until your first payment cycle is processed.
