Managing Your Account Profile and Security Settings
Keeping your account information up-to-date and your security settings robust is essential for a safe experience on the platform. This guide will walk you through accessing your Account Settings to edit your personal profile details and manage your security preferences, such as Two-Factor Authentication (2FA).
Prerequisites
- You must be logged into your account.
- You need a supported authenticator app (e.g., Google Authenticator, Authy) installed on your mobile device if you intend to enable 2FA.
Step-by-Step Guide

Access User Options
From the main dashboard, look for your user profile (displayed as your name) in the bottom-left corner of the sidebar. Click on your [User Name] to reveal the user menu. -
Navigate to Settings
In the pop-up menu that appears, click on Settings. This will take you to the main "Account Settings" page where you can manage your personal data. -
Update Profile Information
Locate the "Profile Information" section at the top of the page. Here, you can click into fields such as First Name or Last Name to make necessary corrections.- Note: Some fields, such as Email Address, may be locked depending on your organization's policies.

Save Your Changes
After editing your information, click the blue Save changes button on the right side of the section to confirm and apply your updates. -
Manage Security Settings (2FA)
Scroll down to the bottom of the page to find the "Two-Factor Authentication" section. To increase your account security, click the + Add Device button. -
Initiate 2FA Setup
A pop-up window titled "Enable Two-Factor Authentication" will appear. Click Start Setup to begin the process of linking your mobile authenticator app, or click Cancel if you wish to do this later.
Tips / Outcome
Once completed, your profile details will be immediately updated across the platform. If you successfully added a 2FA device, you will be prompted to enter a verification code from your mobile app the next time you log in, ensuring an extra layer of protection for your account.
