How to Invite a New User to Your Organization
Collaborating with your team is essential for managing assessments effectively. This guide explains how to invite new members to your organization within the Gradum platform. You will learn how to send an invitation via email and assign specific roles (such as User or Admin) to control their access levels.
Prerequisites
- You must have Admin or Customer Admin privileges to access the User Management section.
- Ensure your organization has available User Quota slots remaining (checked during the process).
Step-by-Step Guide

Navigate to User Management
From the main dashboard, locate the left-hand navigation sidebar. Click on the Users tab to open the User Management screen. -
Initiate the Invitation
In the top-right corner of the User Management screen, click the blue Add User button. -
Review User Quota
A confirmation window titled "Invite New User" will appear. This window displays your current User Quota (e.g., "Active users: 1 of 10") and the number of Remaining slots.- Review this information to ensure you have space for a new member.
- Click Continue to Invite to proceed to the registration form.

Enter User Details
Fill in the required fields for the new team member:- Email: Enter their professional email address (e.g.,
email@testdomain.com). - First Name: Enter their first name.

Assign a Role
Click the Role dropdown menu to define the user's permissions:- Select User for standard access.
- Select Admin if the user requires full management capabilities.

Send the Invite
Once all details are verified, click the Send invitation button at the bottom of the form.
Tips / Outcome
After clicking send, you will see a green success notification stating "Invitation sent". The new user will immediately appear in your User list with a status of Pending. They will receive an email with instructions to activate their account.
