How to Resend an Invitation to a Pending User
New users may occasionally miss their initial welcome email, or their activation link might expire before they set up their account. This function allows administrators to trigger a new invitation email for users with a "Pending" status, ensuring they can successfully activate their account and log in.
Prerequisites
- You must be logged in with Administrator privileges.
- The user you wish to invite must currently have a status of Pending in the system.
Step-by-Step Guide

Navigate to the Users Section
From your main Dashboard, look at the left-hand sidebar menu and click on Users. This will take you to the User Management screen where all account holders are listed. -
Locate the Specific User
Identify the user who needs a new email from the list. Verify that their status is currently marked as Pending and their "Last Login" is listed as Never. -
Open the User Actions Menu
On the far right side of that user's row, click on the three vertical dots (ā®) icon. This opens the context menu for that specific account. -
Trigger the Email
From the dropdown options provided, click on Resend invitation. This will immediately trigger the system to send a fresh onboarding email to the address on file.
Tips / Outcome
After clicking the button, look for a confirmation notification (toast message) in the bottom right corner of your screen that says "Invitation resent". This confirms the action was successful and the user should check their inbox for the new link.
