Select the Assessment
In the assessments list, find the specific assessment you wish to configure (e.g., under the Assessment Name column). Click on the Name of the Assessment to open its details page. -
Locate the AI Configuration Panel
On the Assessment Details page, scroll down to the right-hand side of the screen to find the section titled AI-Supported Improvement Suggestions. This panel outlines the benefits of the feature, such as prioritized recommendations based on impact and effort. -
Enable the AI Feature
Click the toggle switch next to AI-supported improvement suggestions enabled. Turning this on activates the engine that will generate recommendations based on your final assessment results. -
Optional: Enable Contextual Notes
If you want the AI to consider your specific qualitative inputs, click the toggle for Use answer notes in AI recommendations. This allows the system to read your internal notes to provide even more context-aware advice.
Tips / Outcome
Once you toggle the switches, a confirmation message saying "Assessment Information Updated" will appear briefly at the bottom of the screen. Your settings are saved automatically. When you eventually complete the assessment, the system will generate a tailored improvement plan based on these settings.
